Refund & Exchange Policy
Russell Island Soap happily accepts returns, exchanges & cancellations providing these conditions are met.
- contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- post item back to us within 14 days of delivery.
- request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
Items to be returned shall be replaced before a refund is offered. Refunds are issued on the cost of the product only, not postage costs incurred.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the goods were paid. If product was paid for with Credit Card, you will need to provide the same credit card details for the refund. If you are unable to provide the same details, the refund will not proceed per Australian Legal requirements.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns after use due to health & hygiene concerns.
- We do not accept order cancellations due to 'change of mind' 12hrs+ after order placement.
- If a parcel goes missing in transit, proof of shipping purchase will be provided therefore shipping costs will not be part of refund total
- In the event a parcel has an Authority to Leave when being delivered, items that are damaged, lost or stolen will not be refunded or replaced.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
